Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our travel services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

General Terms

Service Agreement

Hi-Times Travel Services provides travel booking and consultation services.

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by service providers.

Booking & Payment Terms

  • All bookings require full payment at the time of confirmation
  • Prices are subject to change without notice until booking is confirmed
  • Additional charges may apply for special requests or modifications
  • Payment can be made via approved credit cards, bank transfers, or cash
  • All taxes and service charges are additional to the quoted price

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Airline Tickets

• Cancellation within 24 hours: Full refund (processing fee applies)

• 24 hours to 7 days before departure: 75% cancellation charges

• Less than 7 days: Non-refundable

Hotel Bookings

• Cancellation 48 hours before check-in: Full refund

• 24-48 hours before check-in: 50% cancellation charges

• Less than 24 hours: Non-refundable

Tour Packages

• Cancellation 15 days before departure: Full refund

• 7-15 days before departure: 50% cancellation charges

• Less than 7 days: Non-refundable

Travel Documents & Responsibilities

  • Passengers are responsible for valid passports, visas, and travel documents
  • We assist with visa applications but cannot guarantee approval
  • Health requirements and vaccinations are the passenger's responsibility
  • Travel insurance is recommended but not mandatory
  • We are not liable for government-imposed travel restrictions

Liability & Insurance

Our liability is limited to the value of services provided.

We recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and lost baggage.

We are not responsible for acts of nature, war, strikes, or government regulations.

Privacy & Data Protection

  • Personal information is collected only for booking and service purposes
  • We maintain confidentiality of passenger information
  • Data may be shared with service providers (airlines, hotels) as required
  • We comply with applicable data protection regulations

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or additional expenses caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, government regulations, or pandemics.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through mutual discussion. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
